Personal Chef Service
Shernell Cooke is available to come into your home and prepare raw foods, fresh daily or as you desire. Upon contacting me I will visit with you and find out what your goal is for your raw food lifestyle.
I will then create a menu with all of your specific tastes included. After it is approved by you, I will come into your home at your convince and prepare your favorite raw meals and wash the dishes after I'm done, now that's a great deal!

Weekly Meal Pick Up
Grab and go, this service is for people who love raw foods but are busy and would still like to keep on track with their raw foods lifestyle.
Your package includes five dinners and two desserts. Give me a call at 646-431-2504 or E-mail me at sherawforever@gmail.com to place your order and pick it up.
All orders must be placed Sunday-Thursday price $ 250

Been looking for you around the soulvegfolk site but I see you have been busy with your own veg. ventures. Never knew you were a fellow carib either. I recently heard about raw foods and am checking out some sites. It think it sounds great and hiring a chef to come into my home and cook some meals is something I'm looking for down the line.
