Innocent Until Proven Guilty

The name innocent in itself  is ground breaking to say the least. You really have to be bold and secure enough  in your own product to name it innocent and expect it to compete with companies like Tropicana and other corn syrup laden juices. However innocent is a company that has my respect,their juices are cute,fun and made from all the good stuff. I would definitely be adding some of their products to my raw foods lifestyle especially during my cheat days,so I would'nt fall completely off the raw food wagon. Their juices are said to be made with real crushed fruit,natural coloring and not from concentrate. Mauby Drink

Mauby is a drink native to the Caribbean made from a special tree bark. As a child I didn't like Mauby however as I got older I absolutely loved it. Mauby is a little bitter but you know what who knew bitter could be so sweet.  Mauby works a little like cranberry juice it cleans out your liver and you just feel refreshed and balanced after your first glass.

It's a pleasure to be back

It was kind of bittersweet being gone from my blogger and reader family for a little over a month. I was having so much fun with my raw foods catering business and teaching raw classes that  I didn't have anytime to really dedicate myself to blogging. However I miss you guys and for the past few days I have been checking out your great blogs and reading about Ingrid's triple grape juice,Rawdorable's nut free chocolate snacks.plus the sunny Raw Kitchen's new diva link up. It's great to be back.
