It is a new day for raw food chefs and living food enthusiasts all over the world. Our beloved Mathew Kenney is opening our very first, raw food state accredited living food academy. This academy is going to be the best of it's kind. Matthew is a chef,entrepreneur, restaurateur and talented culinary king who has helped to bring raw foods into the mainstream. His name is thoroughly respected in the raw food world and for one main reason his recipes taste great !
This morning I was pleasantly contacted by the co director of Matthew's culinary academy Dara Prentice. Together we are hosting a book giveaway to celebrate the kick off of Matthew's academy 105 Degrees.
