I love Wendi Dee because of this this meal. She sent me an email about a noodle recipe that she was raving about and wanted me to try. I tried it and added broccoli for added meatiness and crunch. Seriously it was extremely good,the noodles were seriously slurply and savory.
2 Medium Zucchinis run through a sprorooli
One head of broccoli peeled and chopped
2 Roma Tomatoes diced
1/8 cup of Olive Oil
Salt to taste
One teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Drizzle of agave
Mix very well and serve
