Yes it is true you can have it that good, Black sapote is a fruit that is amazing because it tastes just like chocolate pudding and nature made it that way. Imagine no chocolate powder and no cracking open young Thai coconuts and adding agave.
Black Sapote is a fruit that grows in Mexico, the lowlands in Central America and many other tropical regions.
The pulp can be mixed with nut milk and made into a dessert drink also you can use the pulp for a quick pie filling. You can also make black sapote ice cream, or eat it just the way it is.
