Raw For Desserts Book Review: Jennifer Corbleet created raw for desserts because she was inspired by all of the awesome desserts that she tried when she visited top raw food restaurants. Raw for desserts is a tasty balance between simplicity and tasty raw food desserts. Although these desserts don't call for all the prep time and ingredients that a traditional raw dessert might call for, they are not so simple that they lack any of the decadence and fan appeal. Each recipe is described and broken down into easy steps; Raw For Desserts really gives you all of the fun and flavor of a well made raw dessert without all of the complication.

My favorite dessert has got to be Carrot Cake. I've yet to try it in raw form, but I bet it would be incredible!

Mine is just a simple bowl of fruit, topped with almond cream and grated cinnamon.

My favorite holiday dessert is Chocolate Truffle. Actually, it is my all time favorite! My son is on a gluten-free & dairy-free diet because of his allergies. My son & I had a hard time to find a vegan version in the past. Now, we would like raw Chocolate Truffles because I'm on a raw food diet! :)

My son is brave enough to try some of my raw creation. However, he still finds it difficult to eat my raw pumpkin or sunflower seed cheese. I don't know how to make it taste better. I would appreciate any suggestions please! I like my raw almond nut cheese (fermented). :)
