Creating a dish that has complex flavors and that is simple can sometimes be very hard, however when you know the spices that you like and which ones that go together you can most often come out with a nice result.
Chai Redbush is a combination of Rooibos leaf, Cardamom seed, Cinnamon bark, Ginger Root, and clove. These combinations of spices scream winter comfort.
I decided to make a simple winter cereal because I am the kind of person that loves cereal. The crunch and the flavor that the milk takes on because of the cereal I just love it all. What I don't love are the calories, high fructose corn syrup and other artificial flavors.
This cereal has it all I will surly me making this in my commercial kitchen for my customers. This one is special.
Brazilian nuts, chai seeds, and raisins
Cashew milk and one packet of chai redbush tea blend both together and serve over the Brazilian nuts, chai seeds and raisins.
