Raw Food has become increasingly important and beneficial because of peoples increasing dissatisfaction with the failing conventional approach to medicine and health.  The benefits of following a raw food lifestyle outlined in this article isn’t from a text book or an isolated reported case the benefits are from real life people including myself who have been raw and high raw for seven years. 

 

 

An Increase of life sustaining enzymes

 

Enzymes are the building blocks of life when we run out of them we die. Eating raw foods allows you to keep your own enzymes because there are enough in the food to do the job of digestion. This allows you to add to your own storage prolonging your life and turning back the hands of aging while increasing your energy level.

 

Heals Digestive issues like IBS and Constipation

 

Raw Foods heals digestive issues quickly and effectively by providing your body with the vitamins and minerals your colon needs to function properly and by giving it the easily digestible roughage that it needs to move fecal matter out of your system it isn’t building up in your system you are reducing your chances of developing colon cancer or other digestive tract ills.

 

Getting all of the Vitamins, Minerals, and Nutrients You Need

 

When you eat the foods that nature provided for us in its most purest form, you are assured that your getting all of the vitamins, minerals and nutrients that your body craves for and needs. Your body’s pH level determines what state of health you experience. If your body is too acidic, the kidneys and other organs work overtime trying to balance out the acidity. A raw food lifestyle is a pro at preventing disease in the body; this is achieved by creating an alkaline environment and continual vitamin and nutrient support. When these two areas of health are supported it is virtually impossible for sickness to take root because your immune system is functioning at its optimum and infections can’t grow in an alkaline oxygenated environment.

Following a 100 percent raw food lifestyle equals almost effortless weight loss. This is an added benefit on top of its ability to heal illness. This weight loss is achieved mainly by eliminated cooked foods out of your diet adding more roughage so you feel fuller longer and eating foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals; so you don’t have the need to over eat because you are deficient in a certain mineral or vitamin.

 

Mental clarity, improved moods

 

This is a major benefit of those who adopt a raw foods lifestyle. Your brain is a very important organ in your body and when you fuel your brain with the necessary foods it needs to make neurotransmitters and brain chemicals it works better tenfold. Many raw foodiest have cured themselves of depression and even bipolar by adopting a raw lifestyle. I can personally testify of experiencing a closer walk with God directly because I cleared out the toxins that were interrupting my clarity and were clogging up my mind. Also your mood improves dramatically when going raw; I have found myself excited courageous, loving and eager to meet each day without any crashes. However don’t take my word for it go raw for one week and prove me right.

In a healthy raw nut shell raw food and it benefits is the truth it is not built on a gimmick it is fundamentally based on God’s intended food for his people. There are laws of nature that if we disobey them we can cause many woes on ourselves. However if we work with nature by growing our own food or get most of our food from organic farmers and eat them as nature intended we will heal and become shinning examples of  the people we were created to be.
