Granola was one of my favorite foods growing up as a child.It was fast and delicious,however it was filled with sugar and wasn't very healthy. I absolutely have to say that raw granola is super tasty but not as easy and fast as taking it out of a box. The key to great raw granola is in the soaking,you must soak the nuts before you dehydrate then because if you don't you might end up breaking a tooth. When the nuts are soaked and you add your sweetener and spices the nuts are then also able to absorb much more flavor,which makes your granola much tastier. Also don't forget to add three different kinds of nuts when making raw granola for a tastier more interesting combination.
